This instrument can measure the moisture content of various types of grains, seeds and other products. Using a fixed sample volume allows the weight, temperature, and capacitance (dielectric) of the sample to be measured. After processing this information using the embedded microprocessor, "Moisture Value" is displayed. See “Product List” for metered item types. Since the calibration curve of the products in the “Product List” has been saved, it is possible to measure the samples in the list directly by simply dialing the product number.
