Specification of Dolomite Agricultural Lime - Dolomite
Dolomite are formed due to the infiltration of the element magnesium from sea water into the limestone causing the dolomitization process to occur. Apart from going through the seawater absorption process, dolomite can also be formed through a separate deposition process as evaporite. Due to the magnesium impregnation process, dolomite has a very high CaO and Mgo content. Through research it is known that the mixture of the two chemical elements is very good for calcifying acidic soils.
